applicants. To apply for registration you need to fill in the
International registration application form. Our registration advisors
will check all your details and decide whether you have provided
sufficient evidence of EEA mutual recognition status.

At present there is only one generic International application for
registration form which both International and EEA applicants complete.
It is the Registration Department who check applicants eligibility to be
assessed with or without mutual recognition rights.

Qualifications
The mutual recognition of professional qualifications is governed by
Directive 2005/36/EC. That Directive is given effect in the UK by the
European Communities (Recognition of Professional Qualifications)
Regulations 2007.
