Puștiul
A fost odată fost un băiat care a fost trimis de părinții săi la o școală cu internat, cum el nu se descurca prea bine cu invatatura. El pica fiecare examen. Au crezut că pot imbunatati într-o școală internat. Dar situatia băiatului s-a agravat după plecarea de acasă și integrarea la internat. Notele lui au scazut si mai mult. Ura sa faca parte dintr-un grup, era singur tot timpul. Și au fost în special momente întunecate, când a simtit ca dorea sa se sinucida. Toate acestea pentru că simțea fara insemnatate și că nimeni nu îl iubea.
Părinții au început sa isi faca griji pentru băiat. Dar nici chiar ei nu stiau ce era în neregulă cu el. Asa ca tatăl său a decis să plece la internat și să vorbească cu el.
Se așezară pe malul lacului în apropierea școlii. Tatăl a început punandu-i întrebări obisnuite despre orele de curs, despre profesori și despre sporturi.
După un timp tatăl său a spus, "Știi fiule, de ce sunt azi aici?"
Băiatul a răspuns înapoi, "pentru a verifica notele mele?"
"Nu, nu", tatăl său a răspuns: "Eu sunt aici să iti spun că ești cea mai importantă persoană pentru mine. Vreau să te văd fericit. Nu-mi pasă de note. Îmi pasă de tine. Îmi pasă de fericirea ta. ESTI VIATA MEA. "
Aceste cuvinte au provocat lacrimi in ochii băiatului. El si-a îmbrățișat tatăl. Ei nu si-au mai spus apoi nimic unul altuia, pentru un timp îndelungat.
Acum, băiatul avea tot ce a dorit. Știa că era cineva pe acest pământ care tinea la el profund. El însemna pentru cineva ca o intreaga lume - și apoi nimeni nu l-a mai văzut vreodată trist...
^ Prea des subestimam puterea unei atingeri, unui zâmbet, unui cuvânt bun, o ureche ascultatoare, un compliment sincer, sau cel mai mic act ca ii pasa cuiva, toate acestea au potențialul de a transforma viața cuiva.

The Kid
There was a boy who was sent by his parents to a boarding school as he was not doing good in studies. He failed in every examination. They thought he may improve in a boarding school.
But the boy got worse after leaving home and attending the boarding school. His grades started dropping more. He hated being in a group. He was lonely all the time. And there were especially dark times when he felt like committing suicide. All of this because he felt worthless and that no one loved him.
His parents started worrying about the boy. But even they did not know what was wrong with him. So his dad decided to travel to the boarding school and talk with him.
They sat on the bank of the lake near the school. The father started asking him casual questions about his classes, teachers and sports.
After some time his dad said, 'Do you know son, why I am here today?"
The boy answered back, "to check my grades?"
"No, no" his dad replied, "I am here to tell you that you are the most important person for me. I want to see you happy. I don't care about grades. I care about you. I care about your happiness. YOU ARE MY LIFE."
These words caused the boy's eyes to fill with tears. He hugged his dad. They didn't say anything to each other for a long time.
Now the boy had everything he wanted. He knew there was someone on this earth who cared for him deeply. He meant the world to someone and then no one has ever seen him sad ever...
